My blog serves as a collection of personal opinions on influences from my life with regard to migraines, TMJ, and scoliosis treatment. The goal of practicing yoga and stretching is to listen to your body's responses to movements and move forward accordingly. There is no need to rush; if you're anything like me, it took years for these migraine problems to develop and it will certainly take more than 4 minutes on my blog to remedy them.
